Cutter's Must

If the patterns have a double contour, the patterns include seam allowances. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: hem allowance – 1.5 cm, other seams 0.7 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need.

From main fabric:
- Back – 2 pieces
- Front – 1 piece
- Sleeve – 2 pieces

Tip: Knit fabric pieces are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. When serging, trim seam allowances to 0.6 – 0.8 cm. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle to maintain elasticity.

Sewing Instructions

When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

Along the sleeve cap (between the lower marks) and the lower edge of the sleeve, stitch with a loosely tensioned upper thread. Gather the lower edge. The approximate length of the lower edge is indicated on the sleeve pattern.
Stitch the center back seam. Serge the allowance.
Stitch the right shoulder seam. Serge the allowance.
Cut a bias strip of fabric equal to the neckline length and 3.5 cm wide. Fold in half lengthwise and attach to the neckline edge. Serge the allowance. Finish the lower edge of the sleeve in a similar way.
Stitch the left shoulder seam. Serge the allowance.
Set in the sleeves, matching the notches. Serge the allowances.
Stitch the side seams and sleeve seams. Serge and press the allowances.
Serge the lower edge of the garment. Fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
