CUTTER'S MUST
IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THEY INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: Hem allowance for the back bottom – 2 cm; other seams – 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

- Right placket – 2 pieces
- Left placket – 2 pieces

- Cuff – 2 pieces
- From fusible interfacing:
- Collar — 1 piece
- Cuff – 2 pieces
- Right placket – 1 piece
- Left placket – 1 piece
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
- Fold the right placket pieces right sides together and stitch along the outer edges. Clip allowances, trim corners. Turn pieces right side out and press. Clip the neckline allowance at the mark. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Attach the right placket to the right front. Overlock allowances and press towards the main part. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Process the left front similarly.
- Stitch shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and overlock.
- Fold the upper collar with the undercollar right sides together, stitch the ends and the outer edge of the collar. Start and end stitching strictly at the marked collar attachment seam line. Trim seams, turn the collar right side out, shape and press. Topstitch along the ends and outer edge of the collar. Turn the finished collar right side out and press. Attach the upper collar to the neckline, turn under the raw edge of the upper collar and topstitch into the upper collar attachment seam.
- Set sleeves into open armholes, press allowances and overlock.
- Stitch side seams simultaneously with sleeve seams (the back is longer than the front by the width of the back hem allowance). Overlock allowances and press towards the back.
- Fold the cuff piece in half lengthwise right sides together and stitch the side edges. Turn the piece right side out, press. Clip the sleeve hem allowance at the mark. Attach the cuff to the sleeve hem, overlock allowance and press upwards. Topstitch along the cuff contour.
- Overlock the bottom allowance of the back, fold inwards and topstitch.
- Make buttonholes and sew on buttons according to markings.
