CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THEY INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Seam allowance at the bottom edge and front edge – 0 cm. Seam allowance for the lower part of the armhole, sleeve seam allowances except for the cap – 0 cm. Outer seam allowances of the collar – 0 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH! Markings on the patterns are made on the right side.

  • From main fabric:
    • Back – 1 piece on fold
    • Front – 2 pieces
    • Sleeve – 2 pieces
    • Collar – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

  1. On the right front piece, trim the neckline and lapel seam allowance.
  2. Stitch side and shoulder seams. Trim seam allowances to 0.5 cm and press open.
  3. Place the right front piece onto the right part of the collar and topstitch along the marked line. Clip the seam allowance at the corner.
  4. Clip the collar seam allowances at the marks. Stitch the collar into the back neckline, trim the seam allowance to 0.5 cm and press open. Stitch the collar into the left front neckline, folding the pieces wrong sides together. That is, the seam allowances are on the right side. Trim seam allowances to 0.5 cm and press open.
  5. Set the sleeve into the upper part of the armhole. Press the seam allowance.
