Fabric recommendations: medium-stretch knit fabric made of natural or blended fibers in contrasting colors. IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: hem allowance – 1.5 cm, other allowances - 1.0 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED.

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- From main fabric:
- Back – 1 piece
- Front – 1 piece
- Neckline facing – 1 piece
- Sleeve – 2 pieces
- From main fabric 1:
- Cuff – 2 pieces
- Flounce – 2 pieces
Tip: Knit fabric pieces are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle or on a coverstitch machine to maintain elasticity. You can also stitch pieces directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlocker.
Sewing Instructions
- Stitch shoulder and side seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
- Stitch neckline facing into a loop, press allowances open. Fold facing in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Attach facing to the neckline, stretching slightly. Press allowances and serge.
- Press the flounce piece in half lengthwise, right side out.
- Stitch sleeve seam, press allowances and serge. Set sleeves into armholes, inserting flounces, press allowances and serge.
- Stitch cuff into a loop, press allowances open. Fold cuff in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Attach cuff to the bottom of the sleeve. Press allowances and serge.
- Serge the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
