Sewing Instructions
- Overlock the upper edge of the back pocket, fold the seam allowance to the wrong side and topstitch. Mark the pocket placement on the back. Press the side and bottom seam allowances of the pocket to the wrong side and topstitch the pocket.
- Place the back and yoke right sides together and stitch. Overlock the seam and press towards the yoke. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Place the pocket lining on the front of the trousers, right sides together, and stitch the pocket opening. Fold the pocket lining to the wrong side, clip the seam allowances at the curve, and press. Topstitch along the pocket opening at a distance of 0.5 cm. Align the front with the marking on the side of the front, which defines the pocket opening. Secure the side of the front to the front of the jeans along the upper and side edges with a 1 cm seam. Stitch and overlock the pocket lining and the side.
- Stitch the center back seam. Stitch a second line along the seat seam next to the center seam stitching. Overlock the seam.
- From the left front, cut off the one-piece facing, leaving a 1 cm seam allowance along the center seam. Overlock the front center edge and the fly edge.
- Stitch the center front seam of the front panels, starting the stitch at the edge of the one-piece fly. Press the one-piece fly to the wrong side. Align the zipper with the center edge of the left and attach it. Attach the free tape of the zipper to the fly of the right. Topstitch along the marked line on the right of the jeans at 0.1 and 0.7 cm. Fold the fly facing in half lengthwise, wrong sides together, and stitch the longitudinal and short bottom edges. Overlock the open edges of the fly facing. Attach the fly facing to the zipper attachment seam on the left. Place a bar tack at the end of the closure on the right side of the jeans. From the wrong side, connect the lower ends of the fly and the fly facing.
- Stitch the side seams. Overlock the seams and press towards the back panels.
- Place the front panels and back panels right sides together and stitch and overlock the inseams, press towards the back trouser.
- Overlock one long edge of the belt loops. Fold the unoverlocked edge inwards and cover with the overlocked edge. Stitch two parallel lines 0.1 cm from the edge. Cut the belt loops. Attach the belt loops to the upper edge.
- Press the waistband in half lengthwise, wrong side inwards, and overlock the lower inner edge of the waistband.
- Attach the waistband to the upper edge of the jeans. Stitch the ends of the waistband, trim the seam allowances at the corners, and turn out. Insert elastic tape along the back from one side seam to the other, securing it with a stitch. Topstitch the lower overlocked edge of the waistband into the attachment seam and press the waistband in its finished state. Fold the upper edge of the belt loop and topstitch it to the waistband.
- Overlock the hem allowance and press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Mark and overlock the buttonhole. Sew on the button.
