Fabric Recommendations

This T-shirt is designed for stretchy knit fabrics, offering comfort and flexibility:

  • Knit fabrics with good stretch and recovery

Additional Supplies

  • Edging tape, 1cm wide, for slit finishing

Cutter's Must

  • Main fabric:
  • Front - 1 qty
  • Back - 1 qty
  • Sleeve - 2 qty
  • Collar - 1 qty

Tip: To ensure the fabric remains stretchy in the areas of the finished seams, stitch the cut pieces with a narrow zigzag or special stretch stitch. To keep the bottom edge stretchy, the hem should be overlocked with an overlock stitch, and then stitched using a twin needle. The same applies to finishing other edges of the garment that should not lose elasticity. These recommendations do not apply to industrial production.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Attention! Before starting work, check that the head can pass through the collar stitched into a ring.
  2. Assembly of the top. Attach the sleeves to the front and back. Stitch the side seams and sleeve seams, leaving the slit sections unstitched.
  3. Stitch the collar into a ring. Fold in half. Attach the collar to the neckline, stretching the collar edge and positioning the collar seam at the left base of the neck. Topstitch the collar attachment seam with a stretch stitch.
  4. Finish the slit with a trim strip, forming an angle with the trim strip at the top of the slit.
  5. Overlock and press up the hem of the bottom and sleeves. Topstitch the bottom of the garment, the slits, and the bottom of the sleeves.
  6. Press the finished T-shirt.
