Sewing Instructions
- Fuse the visor and headband pieces with fusible interfacing.
- Place the middle parts right sides together, stitch, and press seam allowances open. Attach the side PANELs to the middle, press seam allowances open.
- Place the visor pieces right sides together and stitch along the outer contour. Trim the seam allowances close to the seam. Turn the visor right side out, baste the seam, and press. Topstitch the visor with parallel stitches 0.5 cm apart. Even out the inner edge of the visor.
- Place the headband pieces right sides together, inserting the visor according to the markings. Stitch the headband at the ends and the bottom edge, catching the visor. Press the top edges of the headband inwards.
- Stitch the lining pieces similarly to the main fabric pieces. Place the main fabric pieces and lining pieces right sides together and stitch them along the neckline. Turn the crown right side out, baste the seam, press, and topstitch 0.2 cm from the edge.
- Insert the crown into the headband and topstitch around the headband, catching the crown.
- Verify the size, attach snaps to the ends of the headband.
