Sewing Instructions
- Stitch the darts on the front. Trim the depth with an overlocker.
- Fold the front yokes right sides together and stitch the upper edge. Clip the seam allowances and turn right side out. Secure the yokes together along the side and armhole edges. Attach the yoke to the front. Overlock the seam allowances.
- Stitch the shoulder edges of the back yoke and the front facing on the outer and inner pieces. Fold the pieces right sides together and stitch the curved edge of the front facing and the back neckline, inserting the decorative trim strip. Clip the seam allowances and turn right side out.
- Secure the back yokes together along the side and armhole edges. Attach the back yoke to the back. Overlock the seam allowance.
- Place the front facing onto the front yoke and secure between the long marks.
- Set the sleeve into the open armhole.
- Stitch the side edge and the sleeve edge simultaneously. Overlock the seam allowances.
- Overlock the bottom edge of the garment and the bottom edge of the sleeve. Fold the seam allowance to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
- Sew the button through the facing and the front yoke.
