Cutter's Must
If the patterns have a double contour, seam allowances are included. If the contour is single, seam allowances are not included. Seam allowances: allowance for the bottom edges of the front, back, and facing - 1.5 cm, outer edge of the flounce - 0 cm, all other seams 1 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need. When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

Sewing Instructions
- Interface the plackets with fusible interfacing.
- Stitch darts on front pieces. Press seam allowances downwards. On the left front, create pleats. Stitch securing lines along the inner folds. Fold pleat depths upwards. Secure pleats with temporary stitches along the armhole and neckline edges.
- Clip the flounce allowance at the mark. Finish the allowance from the mark to the bottom with a "French seam" (also called "Moscow seam"). To do this, press the allowance to the wrong side by 1 cm, stitch 0.1-0.2 cm from the fold. Trim the allowance close to the stitching. Fold the allowance again and stitch along the previous line. Press the seam. Overlock the outer edge of the flounce with a rolled hem. Place the flounce on the right front and align the edges. Secure with temporary stitching along the shoulder edge, neckline, and front opening. Stitch the placket to the front openings of the left and right front pieces. Turn the plackets to the right side. Press the seam allowance towards the placket.
- Along the upper edge of the back between the marks, stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Stitch the yoke to the back. Overlock the allowance and press downwards.
- Stitch shoulder seams. Overlock allowances and press towards the back.
- Overlock the outer edge of the front facing. Place the front facing on the blouse and stitch the front opening. Turn the front opening to the wrong side. Stitch a securing line along the front opening 0.2 cm from the edge. Attach the shoulder seam allowance of the front facing to the shoulder seam. Align the neckline edges.
- Fold the collar stand in half lengthwise, right sides together. Stitch the ends of the collar stand. Trim allowances at corners and turn the collar stand to the right side. Stitch the outer collar stand to the neckline. Fold the allowance of the inner collar stand inwards and topstitch into the seam of the outer collar stand.
- From companion fabric, cut a bias strip equal to the armhole length and 3.5 cm wide. Fold the bias strip in half lengthwise and press. Place the bias strip on the wrong side of the armhole and stitch. Turn the bias strip to the right side and topstitch (on the right front, stitching and topstitching are done in two steps). Stitch side seams. Overlock allowances and press towards the back. Place a bar tack on the side seams at the armhole level.
- Overlock the bottom edge of the blouse. Fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
- Make buttonholes and sew on buttons.
