Fabric Recommendations

Choose knit fabrics with a moderate drape and a low degree of stretch for the best results:

  • Knit fabrics made from natural or blended fibers with low stretch

Additional Supplies

No additional notions are required.

Cutter's Must

  • Front – 1 qty on fold
  • Back – 1 qty on fold
  • Collar – 1 qty

Tip: Cut pieces from knit fabrics should be stitched with a special elastic stitch or immediately sewn on a 3- or 4-thread overlock machine. The hem allowance should be topstitched with a twin needle or on a coverstitch machine to maintain elasticity.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Mark and stitch the tucks along the bottom edge and neckline on the front and back.
  2. Stitch the side and shoulder seam allowances. Overlock the seam allowances and press towards the back.
