SEAM ALLOWANCES

No seam allowances by default. If an option to add them at 1 EUR is chosen, pattern will come with seam allowances included.

Please note: a single contour on the pattern pieces means no seam allowances are included. A double contour indicates seam allowances are included.

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIGITAL PATTERN 6025

Best suited for woven shirting fabrics:

Poplin (plain or textured stripe)
Cotton broadcloth or chambray
Lightweight oxford weave
Linen blends for casual wear

Avoid knit fabrics or stretchy weaves for this structured style.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES

Fusible Interfacing: 55 cm (for size 50/52) of medium-weight fusible interfacing, 90 cm wide—for collar and cuffs.
Buttons:
- 7 mother-of-pearl buttons (10 mm diameter) for front placket and cuffs
- 2 small buttons (7 mm diameter) for sleeve plackets
- 2 cufflink-style buttons (10 mm diameter) for optional dress cuff finish

From Main Fabric (Shirting Cotton):

Back – 1 piece on fold
Front – 2 pieces
Sleeve – 2 pieces
Yoke – 2 pieces
Collar – 2 pieces
Sleeve placket – 2 pieces
Cuff – 4 pieces

From Fusible Interfacing:

Apply interfacing to both collar pieces and all 4 cuff pieces.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before cutting your fabric:

Print out the paper patterns and lay them out according to your fabric width (90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you’ll need.
Don’t forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces.
Align all notches carefully during construction to ensure precision.
If working with striped or plaid fabric, position pieces thoughtfully to ensure visual consistency across seams.
